Handling Surety And Fidelity Law And Litigation

Representing corporate sureties is a major focus of our practice. Mr. Robertson has approximately 15 years of experience in surety and fidelity litigation. For the first seven years of his practice, he practiced surety and fidelity law almost exclusively. Since founding our Tennessee firm seven years ago, Mr. Robertson has consistently continued to focus on this complex and often misunderstood facet of the law.

We regularly assist sureties throughout the claims process, from coverage evaluation to trial and, if necessary appeal. Mr. Robertson has litigated on behalf of sureties throughout the country and has experience not only in litigating surety and fidelity claims, but also in representing sureties in complex work-outs and bankruptcies. Mr. Robertson also regularly pursues surety indemnity actions.
